Docs Sections and Navigation Launch

We rolled out top-level documentation sections so each area has its own focused navigation tree.

What changed

• Section tabs were added in the docs header.
• Left sidebar now scopes to the active section.
• /docs now acts as a section entry point instead of a flat page list.

Why this matters

This makes large docs sets easier to navigate and keeps context cleaner while reading.
